Daniels Workshop for New Graduate Students

-

Online

In this intensive two-week workshop, the goal is to familiarize yourself with some basic and advanced design concepts and representation techniques. A practical understanding of the standard conventions of architectural drawing and representation will be explored by careful studies of a precedent while drafting and modeling in Rhino 3D, and editing in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

The workshop will take place online from Monday to Friday and will include lectures, tutorials/discussion and work sessions for several hours each day.

The summer workshop is highly recommended for all newly admitted graduate students, especially those without previous design or architectural experience. The aim is to build up students' technical skills in order to allow more space for experimentation and conceptual development in the first year of graduate studies.

Cost - $250.00 CAD
