WebPlot should be up and running.

Web plot servers are down, we are trying to bring them online but without success yet. We will keep you posted...
BTW Plotters affected are HP5500 and Epson, OCE is working FINE.

Bond paper on HP5500 only

Because of mulfunctioning of OCE plotter, HP5500 is switched from mylar to bond paper until further notice. Mylar is still available on OCE.

We've made policy changes regarding possible negative balance on your print account effective Jan 4, 2012.

Mylar not available

Mylar paper is unavailable until OCE will fix ink smudging issue. We are planning to switch HP5500 to Mylar until than.
