Your Print Account
Your print account is used by you to pay for Faculty offered services. All your deposits and debits for services are recorded in this account. You must maintain a positive balance in this account in order to access, and pay for the Faculty’s print, plot, copy services.
You make a deposit to your print account (i.e. you add money) using the Faculty’s on-line credit card facility. You debit your print account (i.e. you subtract money) when you print, scan, plot or copy.
Negative balance on your print account
When the balance on your print account is negative, or in deficit, which may occur in certain circumstances related to the way the plotters operate, it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are deposited to move your account out of deficit.
Your account will be restricted if it is showing a negative balance: You will not be able to use any of the services listed below. To remove these restrictions, and to see your current account balance please use the Faculty’s "Print & Plot: Credit Card Pay" system to bring your account to positive values.
Please note values in brackets are negative (i.e. ($32.02) is -$32.02).
