Diagrams of Degree Requirements

Please see below the diagrams of degree requirements for the Master of Architecture, Master of Landscape Architecture, Master of Urban Design, and Master of Visual Studies programs. Further information may be found in the School of Graduate Studies Calendar.

MArch 2015-16 Notice
Important: Effective Fall 2015, the cohort schedule for the Structures 1 (ARC2044H) and Structures 2 (ARC2046H) courses will be modified. Please note that this change does not affect those entering year 3 in Fall 2015. The year 3 cohort will automatically be enrolled in ARC2046H in the Fall 2015 session.

Year 2 – Fall session

ARC2013YF – Architectural Design Studio 3
ARC2023HF – Intermediate Computer Applications
ARC2043HF – Building Science, Materials and Construction 1
ARC2044HF – Structures 1

Structures 1 will now be offered in the fall of year 2. Students entering year 2 in Fall 2015 or later will automatically be enrolled in ARC2044H following the revised schedule. Therefore, students entering year 2 in or after Fall 2015 will not require an elective in the fall term of year 2.

Year 2 – Winter session

ARC2014YS – Architectural Design Studio 4
ARC2045HS – Building Science, Materials and Construction 2
ARC2046HS – Structures 2
ARC2047HS – Environmental Systems

Structures 2 will now be offered in the winter of year 2. Students entering year 2 in Fall 2015 or later will be enrolled in ARC2046H following the revised schedule.

MLA 2015-16 Notice

Important: Starting in Fall 2015, several core course titles in the Master of Landscape Architecture program have been modified. Additionally some of the core courses will be offered following a revised cohort schedule. Please see the above diagram of degree requirements. This may affect students who are currently on or returning from a lapse or  registered leave of absence. Please contact the Office of the Registrar and Student Services if you have any questions.
