Maxim manages the Technology Services department at the Daniels Faculty. He and his team oversee all technology at the Faculty, from classroom projectors, furniture, and computers to workshop equipment, the fabrication lab, audiovisual technology, photography equipment, and general IT.

Maxim started as System Administrator in the summer of 2000 and worked in this role for 5 years running computers and IT infrastructure. He was later promoted to Senior Systems Administrator and IT manager. In 2010, the IT, workshop, photo lab and fabrication departments were combined into one, with Maxim as Director.
