The showcase highlights a cross-section of research, presenting demonstrations from a range of subject areas. Past projects have included a new analysis tool for blogs, novel interactions for molecular visualization, a pressure-based pen display and software that visualizes and analyzes protein-protein interaction networks, enabling insights into the proteins that play key roles in diseases such as cancer.
Project 21 (Danahy):
The Lakeview visioning by UofT's CLR explores new directions for academic practice by enabling landscape architectural thinking across a whole community. CLR uses innovative design software that allow the Lakeview Ratepayers to examine, question, research, and creatively vision possible landscape futures and convince politicians to act on community design ideas.
