Motivation, Stress Management & Study Focus

Motivation is a key component of academic success, but when our course-work piles up we can sometimes lose sight of the sources our motivation. In this workshop we will reconnect with our motivation and discuss strategies for reducing stress. Finally, we will review the four main factors that can limit study focus and identify strategies to address each factor. This workshop is open to both undergraduate and graduate students, registration is not required.
