John and Myrna Daniels Scholars
Eligible Program(s): MArch, MLA, MUD, MVS
Funded by a $5 million endowment. Intended to support the recruitment of outstanding students who have demonstrated financial need. Priority for the awards will be accorded to students who are the first generation of their families to have the opportunity to receive a university graduation. Renewable for upper years of study.

University of Toronto Fellowship

Awarded to graduate students on the basis of academic merit.

Professor George Baird Graduate Student Endowment Fund
Eligible Program(s): MArch, MLA, MUD, MVS
Awarded to an incoming graduate student registered at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, at the discretion of the Dean. The award will be based on academic merit. The selected student(s) will receive a renewal of the award in subsequent years of study at the Daniels Faculty, contingent upon continuing excellence in academic standing and enrolment in the Daniels Faculty program of study.

David Buller Memorial Scholarship
Eligible Program(s): MVS
Awarded to a graduate student entering the Master of Visual Studies program with concentration in Studio Art Practice on the basis of financial need. Academic merit may also be considered. The recipient must be a Canadian citizen/permanent resident, and must meet Ontario residency requirements.

Larry Wayne Richards, MOAA, FRAIC, AIA/IA Admission Fellowship
Eligible Program(s): MArch
Awarded on the basis of academic merit and promise of excellence in the profession of architecture to a student or students entering the Master of Architecture Programme directly from the University of Toronto, Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies Program. The recipient must be a Canadian citizen/permanent resident, and meet Ontario residency requirements, and demonstrate financial need, .

Professor Blanche Lemco van Ginkel Admission Scholarship
Eligible Program(s): MArch
Awarded to applicants of the Master of Architecture program, on the basis of their application for first or second year of studies. Applicants will be recommended by the admissions committee based upon a holistic assessment of their application, including academic merit, as well as on the demonstration of financial need.

Patrick J. Bennett Jr. Admission Scholarship
Eligible Program(s): MLA
Awarded to an incoming student on the basis of academic merit and commitment to the community and the environment; evaluated by reference to academic performance, portfolio, and résumé. Renewed in the second and third years of the MLA Programme so long as a standing of A- is maintained and the student re-registers in the MLA programme.

Awarded to a student entering the Master of Architecture Program, based on financial need and demonstrated talent and skills in computation and technical concerns, including computer-aided design and computer-aided representation.

John Yamada Memorial Admission Scholarship

Awarded to a student entering the 1st year of the Master of Architecture Program on the basis of ranking of the submission to the Admissions Committee.
