28.11.12 - Nadia Amoroso's newest book Digital Landscape Architecture Now features several Daniels faculty members

Daniels Sessional Lecturer Nadia Amoroso's latest book Digital Landscape Architecture Now is a large format, highly visual book which profiles the "innovative and experimental work of emerging and seasonal landscape architects using digital means to resolve complex and creative issues in landscape architrecture today and examining new modes of representing landscapes", writes Amoroso.


Digital Landscape Architecture Now presents work by landscape designers and architects from practices around the globe. A number of Daniels faculty members are profiled including Robert Wright and John Danahy for the Centre for Landscape Research, as well as Mason White and David Lieberman. Several former visiting faculty were also part of the publication including Luis Callejas, Chris Reed and Mitchell Joachim.


Nadia Amoroso recently conducted a workshop at Florida International University on the topic of design sites based on information and datascaping. Over 50 graduate students from the Landscape Architecture program were involved in the workshop.
