An exhibition and reception will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 to announce the Daniels Faculty student team that will be part of Arctic Adaptations - Canada’s contribution to the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2014. The chosen team, selected as part of a school-wide design competition for innovative housing design ideas in Nunavut, will join the professional team of Lateral Office (Toronto) and the Nunavut Housing Corp (Iqaluit) in developing a territory-wide vision for housing in Canada’s northernmost territory, Nunavut.

The exhibition and reception will provide more information about the Biennale, the project challenge, and showcase the range of student submissions. Venice Biennale organizers, competition jurors and student competitors will be on hand.
