The installation "Embedded History" is now on display in the Larry Wayne Richard's Gallery at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design. Created by Steven Beites and Christian Joakim ofstudio kimiis, the project is centered on "embedded materiality:" material and material process as applied to generative design and fabrication techniques.   

"Embedded History" is studio kimiis' competition-winning entry to Thunder Bay's largest public art competition to date, and provides a snapshot of the studio's working methods and production processes.
