David Lieberman is an invited participant in the first public event of the newly founded Xenakis Project of the Americas, a three day symposium with concerts and recitals at the BXMC Brooklyn Experimental Media Center of the Polytechnic Institute of New York University considering the legacy of the composer and engineer Iannis Xenakis in the new world. In addition to presenting a paper, "The Performity of Space" at the symposium, David Lieberman is on the Advisory Board of the Xenakis Project and will also be a panelist at the Graduate School of Architecutre, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University 01 February "Architecture as Total Art Work: Iannis Xenakis and Le Corbusier" with Kenneth Frampton Ware Professor of Architecture GSAPP and Sharon Kanach co author of Music and Architecture (Pendragon Press 2008) moderated by Raphel Mostel, Barnard College.
