From the Office of the Dean

Dean-designate Richard Sommer and I are pleased to announce the appointment of Liat Margolis as Assistant Professor of Landscape Architecture (design, ecology and urban infrastructure) in the tenure stream, in the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design.

Ms. Margolis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design (1996), and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design (2005).

She is the co-founder of the Materials Collection at the GSD. During academic year 2008-2009, she was Special Lecturer in the Landscape Architecture Program here at the Daniels Faculty.
