The long stringed instrument, the Stredici, was shortlisted for the Guthman Musical Instrument Competition in Atlanta, Georgia February 26-27 (www.gtcmt.coa.gatch.edu/?p=662).  The Stredici is performing at the Bohlen-Pierce Festival of the Boston Microtonal Society, March 7-9 (www.bohlen-pierce-conference.org).
