“Next Generation” 2nd prize was awarded to an urban residential densification project in Toronto, designed by architects Chenlong Wang and Lingchen Liu of Beijing, China. Wang and Liu are graduates of the Master of Urban Design program. Their proposal features a series of innovative housing projects for under-utilized sites and small gaps in the urban fabric.
