Professors Rodolphe el-Khoury and Robert Levit of Khoury Levit Fong collaborated with Berlin-based scent artist Sissel Tolaas in the installation-design of Nature 2.0 at the inaugural Chengdu Biennale this year. Olfactory effects, responsive illumination, and a gossamer geometry of fiber-optic filaments create a new nature, flickering, smelling, and dynamic -- and wholly artificial.

The design team was Zack Glennon assisted by Nariman Mousavi.
