08.09.08 - Cathrin Winkelmann (MLA ’08) ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects) Award Recipient


Cathrin Winkelmann (MLA ’08) was awarded the Honor Award for Analysis and Planning by the American Society of Landscape Architects Student Awards, 2008 for her thesis project Rethinking the Limits of Public Space: An Exploration of Urban Landscape Strategies for Street People as a Counter-discourse to Normative Design.

This project completed in the LAN 3017 Design Studio Thesis, Winter 2008 and was advised by Prof. John Danahy.
