18.04.13 - Send us your suggestions for the Daniels Faculty's 2013-2014 public lecture series!

The Daniels Faculty is about to start planning its public lectures for the 2013-2014 academic year, and we want to hear from you! Who would you like to see speak at 230 College Street next year?

Our public lecture series features speakers from some of the world's most forward-thinking design firms and research institutions. Last year we were pleased to welcome, Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA and Marion Weiss of Weiss/Manfredi (two of four lectures in our bulthaup-sponsored series). In the winter semester, Rahul Mehrotra of RMA Architects presented the George Baird Lecture, while Alan Berger, director of P-Rex and a professor at MIT, gave the Michael Hough/OALA Visiting Critic lecture. For a full list of others who spoke last year and in previous years, check out our website here. (You can also find videos of many of last year's past lectures on our YouTube channel.)

Are there architects, landscape architects, or urban designers that you'd like us to consider for next year's public lecture series? Send your ideas to communications@daniels.utoronto.ca — or share your suggestions via twitter (@UofTDaniels) or Facebook.
