Dennis Rijkhoff, MArch 4 is being recognized with a Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award next Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 4:00 PM.

Dennis Rijkhoff is truly an outstanding member of the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design student community. He served as president of the Graduate Architecture Landscape, and Design Student Union (GALSDU) from 2007 to 2008, was treasurer the previous year, and sat on numerous internal committees all while maintaining high grades. Additionally, Dennis oversaw a series of lectures, social events, competitions and student initiatives for the architecture student body.

The Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award recognizes students that show leadership through activities such as committee involvement or university affairs, improving the quality of student life, contributing to the co-curricular experience, encouraging fellow students to become involved in extra-curricular activities, contributing to the sense of community at the university and volunteering outside of the university.
