As part of the Global Architecture Program, Maria Denegri and Aziza Chaouni recently organized a lecture and panel discussion with Rio-based architects and Daniels students on the topic of waterfront renewal.

The event was a public lecture hosted at Studio-X Rio, a branch of Columbia GSAPP.

The lecturers included Pedro Rivera, director of Columbia Studio-X Rio as well as Clarissa Moreira professor at the Universidad Federal do Rio De Janeiro.
