Robert Levit presented at the International Studies Association Annual Convention in Montreal on March 19, 2011.  This year’s theme was Global Governance: Political Authority in Transition.  His paper was part of the session on Cities and Global Governance IV: Embedded in Flows: How Globalizing City Regions Exercise Authority over Global Flows (or fail to do so). He presented work called A New Urban Morphology for Toronto: Growth, Immigration, Form.
