Professor John Shnier’s lecture: “An Incomplete Manifesto for The Best Average” was awarded a Jury Prize of Excellence at the recently held XII International Biennal of Architecture in Buenos Aires. It was selected from approximately 50 lectures delivered over the four day event in October. Other lectures included Craig Dykers of Snohetta, Einar Jarmund  of Jarmund/Vigsnaes AS Arkitekter and Julie Snow of Julie Snow Architects and r Campo Baeza of Barcelona.
