Lorne Cappe, FRAIC, RPP, OAA, has over 40 years of experience as an architect, urban designer, and city planner in both the public and private sectors. Lorne worked at the City of Toronto in Planning, Affordable Housing, Toronto Community Housing, and as project manager on large city-building initiatives.

Lorne was inducted into the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) College of Fellows in 2024. He is a past Chair of the Toronto Society of Architects (TSA) and was on the Ontario Association of Architects Governing Council. He currently teaches at the University of Toronto's John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design.
