IT Support
How do I request for IT support or borrow equipment?
In-person: Visit the Daniels IT Help Desk in Room DA 177, 1 Spadina Crescent building to speak with an IT support staff. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Email: it.help@daniels.utoronto.ca to open a support request ticket. Please describe the technical issues you are experiencing or provide a brief description of your request, and we will respond to you via email within 1 business day.
Equipment Rental: A range of computer and audio-visual equipment is available for short-term loan to Daniels students, instructors and staff. Items are loaned on a first come, first serve basis. Borrowers are responsible for the equipment while on loan, including any loss or damage.
Most equipment loan are available at no cost to Daniels residents. Laptop rentals are $33 per week.
Please submit a Equipment Request Form to reserve computer and audio-visual equipment, then pick up at the IT Help Desk.
