Start Times

You can now check your specific start time on ACORN.

Timetables

Important DatesStudents must make themselves aware of their 2021-2022 Sessional Dates and deadlines.

Enrollment Guide: A complete course enrollment and registration guide is available online.

Helpful Notes:

Graduating students: 4th year students who are on track to complete their degree by the end of 2021-2022, should be extra careful to ensure that course selection enables all program and degree requirements to be completed.  Once courses have been added, check Degree Explorer.  The status in both program and degree requirements should say “pending.”

Academic Calendar: The 2021-2022 Academic Calendar is available to review program and degree requirements. As a reminder, students should follow their requirements from the year they began their degree and the year they began their program.

Pre-requisites: Check carefully.  Students should refer to the Academic Calendar for the most up-to-date information on pre-requisites.  Students who enroll in courses without the proper pre-requisite will be removed.

Conflict-free timetable:  Students are responsible for ensuring that they have enrolled themselves into a conflict-free timetable. ACORN does not check for conflicts.

Advanced Seminar Special Topics courses: Topic subtitles and course descriptions are available online.  Students are able to take more than one Advanced Selected Topics course, despite having the same course code (e.g. ARC451H1 L0101, ARC451H1 L0102) as long the course topics, subtitles are different.

400-level electives will be assigned via a balloting process. Deadline to submit: Thursday, July 8th at 8:00am EST. Students are asked to rank their six preferred courses per term from our available offerings, and we will try to enrol you according to your preferred sections. You will ONLY be placed in the number of electives you require to satisfy your ARC 400-level course requirements for June 2021 graduation. Students who currently fulfill all of their 400 level course requirements (including current summer enrolment) will not be placed in any additional 400-level courses.  Following the placement of students during this balloting process, course enrolment through ACORN will be available at the regularly indicated start time and students may enrol in additional 400-level courses in which there is space.

Senior Research Thesis Applications have now closed. Successful candidates have been notified and their courses will be added on ACORN by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services.

Course Delivery: Courses will be held on campus at set times as scheduled in the timetable.

Tuition Fees and Fees Payment: Information will be emailed next week, July 12-16.
